I finally came to the realization this weekend that my body hasn't been recovering and I've been digging myself into a training hole. I keep getting slower and slower and my legs keep getting more tired and more tired. The only thing I know to do at this point is to stop for a couple of weeks. So after CR100, try taking a little extra time off. I'll let you know how my taking off two weeks goes.
